Tax ID (NIF): B-16969230
Registered address: Calle Acisclo Díaz 22 B, 3.º, 30005 Murcia (Murcia), Spain

2. What data we process
We process the personal data you provide directly through our contact channels (contact form, email or phone): name and surname, company and position, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We also process limited technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) collected through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookies Policy. We do not request or knowingly process special categories of personal data through this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data for the following purposes, on the legal bases of Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Responding to enquiries and requests received through our contact channels — performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, your consent (art. 6.1.a).
- Managing business and contractual relationships with clients, suppliers and partners — performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in managing those relationships (art. 6.1.f).
- Complying with legal obligations, in particular tax and commercial ones (art. 6.1.c).
- Web analytics to understand how the website is used and improve it — exclusively with your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie banner.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you, nor for profiling.
4. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Once the relationship ends, data is kept blocked for the limitation periods required by law (in general, up to six years for commercial and accounting documentation under Article 30 of the Spanish Code of Commerce, or the applicable statutory period). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data may be accessed by service providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR (web hosting, IT maintenance, email and analytics providers), bound by contract to process it only on our instructions. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers (such as Google, for the analytics and maps services described in the Cookies Policy) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You may exercise, at any time and free of charge, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to fontcorp@fontcorporation.com and enclosing proof of your identity. We will reply within the periods established by the GDPR.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
8. Security
Font Corporation applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks involved — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular updates of its systems.
9. Minors
This website is not intended for minors under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
